What is Oculobox subscription box and how does it work?
You will be asked to fill out a standardised Dry Eye Assessment questionnaire called the Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI), in addition to other questions to assess the severity and type of dry eyes you have. Once the questions are filled out a product box will be selected for you. Our subscription box comes with detailed product instructions on how to use each of the products. The products will be delivered to you every two months.

When do the products expire?
The products have a long shelf life, we check each product to make sure it is up to date.

Oculobox adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Shipping in Canada is free. Outside Canada, we offer shipping to the US only at this time. Shipping costs to the US will vary based on your location.
